MY EXPERIENCE OF JOINT PAINS AND PAINLESS JOINTS

What did I find useful?

Drinking three to four glasses of water in morning on empty stomach

Drinking cow milk with Sunth i.e. dry ginger and turmeric, in morning

Taking Methi i.e. fenugreek sprouted beans in morning or evening breakfast

Avoiding freeze water and curd and sour dishes

Eating chyavanaprash

Doing gentle massage

Doing pranayama

Practicing the principles enunciated in “superliving” by Dr. Shriniwas Kashalikar i.e. myself
